On a quiet street in the heart of Beavercreek, Hawker Church is a beautiful place for any man and woman to exchange their vows with God and one another, and enter into the lifetime covenant of marriage (Matthew 19:4-6).
With room for 300 guests yet with the intimacy of a small village chapel – couples over the years have formalized their vows in romantic wedding ceremonies in our beautiful Sanctuary at this historic church.
Life has changed over the years. However, the afternoon light still streams through the original antique, stained glass windows, it becomes a place that unforgettable memories are made with amazing ambiance. This is a place that will not only provide a beautiful setting for your wedding, but also connect you with a deeper expression of your love.
If you are planning a smaller wedding party Hawker Church has a unique chapel with hand-carved wood that can accommodate 18 people for a more intimate gathering. It is the most romantic venue you can imagine.
Located in a quiet residential area, the church faces beautifully landscaped grounds. The stained glass window yields a gracious setting for photographs of the wedding party.
The Fellowship Hall at Hawker Church offers an exceptional opportunity for those planning an event in Beavercreek. The Fellowship Hall has a commercial kitchen and spacious parking. The hall has a maximum occupancy of 125 and can accommodate up to 125 at a dining event.
Included with your rental is use of the round or rectangle tables, chairs, serving tables, podium, and a sound system and microphones. We allow only one rental per weekend to accommodate each event and to allow for a generous set-up and breakdown schedule.
This venue is offered for events of all occasions. We not only offer our Sanctuary, Chapel, and Fellowship Hall, but also come and take time to look around the outdoor picnic shelter surrounded by majestic tall shade trees.
If you choose to get married here, our pastor or associate pastor will be glad to speak with you about premarital counseling and the service. If you’re affiliated with a neighboring church, contact our pastor about having your pastor officiate. Our musicians, Danny Voris and Joe Saksa, can provide music on the organ, baby grand piano, or classical guitar.
