Saturday, September 5
Join us on Saturday, September 5th, at 8:30 am for our Men’s Breakfast & Bible Study. We’ll enjoy a homemade breakfast, followed by a discussion of God’s Word for us today. We’ll be looking at the story of the prophet Samuel anointing David as the next king of Israel (1st Samuel 16:1-13).
Sunday, September 20th
September 20th is National Back to Church Sunday, and to celebrate we’ll be having outdoor worship in the picnic pavilion at 10:30 am. After worship, we’ll have our annual fall picnic with hamburgers, hot dogs and bratwurst. Feel free to bring a side dish and/or dessert to share. Sign up on the easel in the hallway so we know how many are coming.
Sunday, October 4th
Hawker’s annual CROP Hunger Walk will be on Sunday, October 4th, after service. We need folks to walk and generous donations. All proceeds will help provide food locally and worldwide via Dayton Food Bank and Church World Service. You can sign up for either clicking the button below.
